How does the maintenance-fee model actually work?
For the first 3 months, you pay a monthly maintenance fee that funds us running your system — website, funnels, marketing, and marketplaces. If it takes longer than 3 months to fully recover that fee from the sales we generate, the maintenance fee simply continues, month by month, until it's fully paid back. Once it's fully recovered, we stop charging you that fee or any subscription going forward.
What if it takes longer than 3 months to recover the fee?
That's expected for some businesses, and it's not a problem. The maintenance fee keeps being charged, month by month, until the total amount is fully recovered from the sales we've generated for you. We keep you updated on exactly where recovery stands the whole way through.
What do you charge after my fee is recovered?
Nothing fixed. Once you've recovered what you paid us, we move to a revenue-share model: we only earn a percentage of the sales we continue to generate for you. No subscription, no flat monthly fee.
What exactly is included in the maintenance fee?
The monthly maintenance fee covers running the full system: website redesign and upkeep, sales funnel management, complete copywriting, market research, marketplace integration, and social media and customer data management.
What am I responsible for?
Keeping stock ready to fulfill orders. We handle the website, the funnels, the copy, the marketplaces, the social media, and the customer data. You handle production and fulfillment.
Do I keep ownership of my website, store, and customer data?
Yes. Everything we build — your website, store, customer data, and accounts — stays in your name and under your control at all times.
Which marketplaces and channels do you work with?
We work across your existing website and expand into the marketplaces and social channels where your specific product and market are strongest. This is decided during the market research phase, not before.
Is there a long-term contract?
No fixed-term contract. You commit to the maintenance fee for a minimum of 3 months while we build and start selling. After that, the fee simply continues, month to month, until it's fully recovered — at which point it stops permanently and we move to revenue share only.
What kind of businesses do you take on?
Businesses with a real product, ready stock, and the ability to fulfil demand once sales start coming in. If your business isn't ready to fulfil orders reliably, we'll tell you honestly before we start.
How is this different from a normal marketing agency?
A normal agency charges you a retainer forever, regardless of results. We charge a maintenance fee only until it's fully recovered from the sales we generate for you — then it stops permanently, and we only earn when you do.
